Tobias Troll is Marine Policy Director with Seas At Risk, the European umbrella for Ocean defender NGOs. Before making Ocean health his primary ambition he set up EDGE Europe, a community of progressive foundations committed to systemic change, and worked at CONCORD, the European confederation of development NGOs. With master degrees in communication and development education, he is passionate about systemic change, rethinking masculinity, cycling, sauna and the ocean.
