I am passionate about people centered development so go where the people are and with my wide skills sets, knowledge and experiences empower and build their capacities through mentorship appointed by Yale University, the Inter American foundation and CANARI. I bring visibility to their work ensuring that women and gender concerns are mainstreamed across many of the Multilateral Environmental Conventions meeting global agendas and targets. I sit on local, regional and international committees. I ensure good governance processes for full and effective inclusion, diversity and participation as promoted bt the Escazu Agreement. I received my Master's Degree in International Development Economics from Yale University also completing post graduate studies in Project Appraisal at Yale. .
