Millicent Odeny is a Judge of the High Court of Kenya currently based in Eldoret at the Environment and Land Court dealing with land and environment issues. She previously worked as a legal practitioner and international rule of law trainer for over 24 years. She holds an LLD from the University of Pretoria, a Master’s Degree in Women’s Law from the University of Zimbabwe, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi with a postgraduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. She also holds a Certificate in Legislative Drafting and several advanced short course certificates in Human Rights from the University of Pretoria. She worked as a Principal Lecturer at the Kenya School of Law in the department for Continuing Professional Development & Research.
