Anika TERTON

Policy Advisor, IISD

Anika Terton is a Policy Advisor with IISD’s Resilience program. Her areas of focus include national adaptation planning (NAP) processes, ecosystem-based adaptation, and building urban resilience to climate change. Her area of expertise includes undertaking research, policy analysis, and engagement activities with most of her work focused on understanding the risks and opportunities that climate change and variability poses to developing countries. 

Liesbeth Casier is a Senior Policy Advisor with IISD’s Economic Law and Policy Program. She works with the Public Procurement and Infrastructure Finance team on research and advisory services that involve innovation in public procurement. Liesbeth also works extensively with the European Commission, the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank and the OECD on policy frameworks and the business case for sustainable infrastructure.
