Addressing these, we introduce the Universal Ranger Support Alliance, a global coalition of conservation organisations, that aims to professionalise rangers for more effective management of protected and conserved areas through delivery of its five-year Action Plan. The session closes with short panel discussion on how URSA will actively change the ranger workforce and how various sectors can support this process.
