Jingcheng HUANG, graduated from Nanjing Agricultural University, agronomist. He is currently the Director of Forestry Department of Hainan Province, Director of National Park of Hainan Tropical Rainforest Administration, and a senior member of Department of Natural Resources and Planning of Hainan Province.
