Chemical Engineer by background, graduated from the University of PISA, Italy, spent more than 20 years in International Companies responsible for diverse businesses, from manufacturing to strategic and business development/innovation roles.

I joined Yara in 2011 as Head of the Innovation and Patent department, with global mandate for the crop nutrition and Industrial business segments. Over the years, delivered to success the Industrial strategy and Yara Corporate innovation agenda. I took the lead for the Circular Economy development in 2018, as VP Circular Economy. Led the definition of the Circular Economy company vision and strategy, including the identification and evaluation of the new market business opportunities. Established strategic partnerships and collaboration across the value chain.
