Dr Radhika MURTI

Director, Global Ecosystem Management Programme, IUCN

Dr Radhika Murti is IUCN’s Director of Global Ecosystem Management Programme, based at the Headquarters in Switzerland. In this position, Radhika has the management and oversight of IUCN’s work on ecosystem-based approaches, agriculture and the Red List of Ecosystems assessment tool. Most recently, she has led the design and consultation processes for developing IUCN’s Global Standard on Nature-based Solutions. Originally from Fiji Islands, Radhika has a background in Forestry Science, conflict transformation and community based climate change adaptation.
