Mohanjeet Brar, 4th generation Kenyan, the Managing Director of Gamewatchers & Porini Camps a Kenyan conservation company with a mission of using small scale tourism to protect habitat in partnership with communities. Pioneers of the community conservancy concept including Ol Kinyei Conservancy an IUCN Green List Protected Area. Doctorate degree in Plant Science from the US.

Served as Chairman of the Board of Ecotourism Kenya, Board of Kenya Tourism Federation, Board of the East African Wildlife Society, Board of African Travel & Tourism Association, Founding Trustee of the Kijabe Forest Trust, Vice Chair of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) Environment Sector Board and is currently on the Board of the Kenya Tourism Board,  African Wildlife Foundation Kenya Board, African Conservation Centre,  Maasai Mara Conservancies Association and a Fellow of Atta (African Travel & Tourism Association)
