As part of the Partnerships & Organisational Development team Laura works directly with FFI’s partner organisations to empower them to achieve their conservation goals by helping them to become more capable, resilient and impactful. This includes supporting organisations to assess their strengths and opportunities for development; mentoring organisations as they determine their organisational priorities; and enabling them to achieve some of those priorities through supporting organisational strategic and financial sustainability planning or delivering training on leadership. Working with staff in FFI to have sufficient knowledge and capacity to develop and manage partnerships effectively is also a key part of her role.
