Mr Cyril BARBIER

Project Manager, Biotope SAS

Cyril BARBIER is currently Project Manager within BIOTOPE SAS (www.biotope.fr). The activity covered includes fine scale ecological expertise (inventory, ecological monitoring…); environmental evaluation of plans and programs ; environmental strategies and policies; and communication. From 2015, Cyril was Head of the Biotope's Moroccan affiliate branch, managing and developing BIB's activities in Morocco and Tunisia, coordinating team of experts, directing, and managing projects. Cyril coordinated high level strategic consulting for both international and national entities, in regards with Biodiversity and ecosystem services evaluation and conservation. Previously, Cyril participated in environmental and social studies in regards with, both Conventional and Unconventional Oil & Gas, Mining and Energy Projects and conducted strategic diagnosis of the Catalan cross-border territory (France and Spain), and defining the Agenda 21 strategy of the area.
