Mr Alex ZHANG

Secretary General, Eco Foundation Global

Alex Zhang has been the Executive Director at Secretariat of Eco Forum Global (Approved by the central government, is the only national and international high-end summit with the theme of ecological civilization in China) for the last 11 years, and has been the Secretary General of Eco Foundation Global since 2019. He received his B.A. in Economics from Columbia College, and a MBA from Harvard Business School. Alex has over 11 years’ experience on international cooperation on eco-civilization and sustainable development, protected areas system, event organization, and training and capacity building programs across many themes and issues related to ecology conservation.
