Cumbre de las redes de autoridades locales - en camino a la Conferencia de la ONU sobre Biodiversidad COP 15

The French Association of the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (AFCCRE), in line with representatives of IUCN, the french State, numerous national and European associations and global networks of local and regional authorities, is organizing in this perspective, several sessions devoted to local and regional authorities. A summit of local authorities and their networks will be held in particular on September 8th in the morning on the Congress site and will bring together local, national, European and global representatives in order to highlight the role of local and regional authorities and their contribution to European objectives and international negotiations. It will be a highlight of the expression and commitment of local authorities in favor of biodiversity, in a context marked by the pandemic, its consequences, but also its first lessons.
