Senior Techncial Advisor, Wildlife Conservation Society

Dr. Alex Diment works with the Wildlife Conservation Society's Myanmar Program as the Senior Technical Advisor.  He has over 20 year's experience in conservation, combining in-depth knowledge of community-based approaches with technical expertise in ecological monitoring, and skills in protected areas, project management, strategic planning and program development. He has lived and worked in tropical Southeast Asia for 15 years, mostly in Cambodia and Myanmar, as well as long stints in Tajikistan and Romania.
