Communication and Project Manager, ICOMOS

Maureen Thibault is the Communication and Project Manager at ICOMOS, the International Council on Monuments and Sites, where she  coordinates ICOMOS’ participation in various international initiatives, on themes such as nature-culture connections, reconstruction and recovery, capacity building, and climate change.

She coordinates the Connecting Practice project, a joint initiative of ICOMOS and IUCN that aims to explore, learn about and create new methods of recognition and support for the interconnected character of the natural, cultural and social values of heritage landscapes and seascapes.

In her communication role, she manages internal and external communications for ICOMOS, including website content and social media accounts.
