Regional and International Cooperation for the Mediterranean: International Cooperation Tools and Integrated Approaches in the Mediterranean

The event will present integrated approaches and key developments towards an effective cetacean conservation framework (from data collection to concrete conservation measures) as well as the use of the regional cooperation as a means to understand and mitigate interactions between vulnerable species and fishing activities and good practices to strengthening spatial protection measures to preserve biodiversity in the Mediterranean Sea.
