Vote for the Climate Crisis Commission (Motion 003) - Propel IUCN to Combat the Climate Emergency

This session will explain the critical importance of Motion 003 to create a Climate Crisis Commission. The purpose of the motion is to unify IUCN's resources to protect the Earth from the Climate Emergency. This session will describe the present framework of IUCN that does not allow for a coordinated implementation of a Climate Protection Plan. With this commission, the expertise of IUCN's global scientific community and the international combination of nations will, for the first time, position IUCN through a Climate Crisis Commission to devise and implement a Climate Protection Plan.
