Executive Secretary, ACCOBAMS Secretary

 Susana is the Head of the ACCOBAMS Secretariat, which is hosted by the Principality of Monaco. She leads the activities and work priorities  defined by ACCOBAMS member countries. Her career was developed in International Affairs, fisheries and conservation policy, as well as oceans governance. Her professional experience focused on management and conservation of marine resources at different levels — national, European, regional and multilateral — notably on regional fisheries organisations and marine conventions, also when working for the European Commission. Before ACCOBAMS she was the Executive Secretary to OSPAR Commission and Bonn Agreement.
