Founder and managing director of the Cambodian Farmer Federation Association of Agricultural Producers (CFAP).
Sotha born in a rural family farmer in Cambodia. He did his Bachelor degree, Faculty of Art Humanity and Language at Human Resource University (HRU) in Phnom Penh.
He was a former vice regional president of the International Federation of Agricultural Producers (IFAP) for Asia, He was also a former chairman for South East Asia Plus China of the IFAD Medium Term Cooperation program (MTCP) for Asia and Pacific and a former private school director.
Currently he serves as a board member of the World Farmers’ Organisation (WFO) for Asia and also board of members (BoM) for ALiSEA Platform for Cambodia and in charge in policy dialogue that represents a unique platform of multi-stakeholders in the Mekong region (Cambodia, Vietnam, Lao PDR and Myanmar), focus specifically on agroecology.
