I have been involved in Field Ranger training for 30 years. Currently, engaged by LEAD Ranger as manager of development and team member. I am also the Communications liaison for the Professional Association of Ranger Trainers, an organisation being established for ranger trainers by ranger trainers. My expertise lies in communication and training development.
