Mr Richard SCOBEY

Executive Director, TRAFFIC International

Richard Scobey joined TRAFFIC as the new Executive Director in June 2021.  He previously worked as the President of the World Cocoa Foundation for 5 years, focused on sustainability of the cocoa supply chain; and earlier worked for 30 years for the World Bank in a variety of leadership roles related to agriculture and environment, regional economic integration, learning and results, and independent evaluation.  He received a Bachelor's Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Brown University, and a Masters Degree in Public and Private Management from Yale University.
