Mrs Mihaela DRAGAN-LEBOVICS

Nature-based Solutions Project Officer, IUCN ECARO

Mihaela Dragan-Lebovics currently works as Nature-based Solutions Project Officer at IUCN ECARO. Mihaela  holds a master’s degree in Environmental Sciences and has 7 years of expertise in EU public policy and project management. The last position she held was that of sustainability analyst with WindEurope, the European Industry Association for wind power based in Brussels where she was in charge of planning, environment and sustainability affairs linked to large-scale development of wind energy projects. 

In the framework of her duties with WindEurope, she had to liaise with industry members and policy makers  for the definition of policy positions and recommendations related to the promotion of renewable energies. Mihaela worked also on EU funded projects and was responsible for identifying new project proposals, setting up project consortiums and defining project actions.
