SBCC Demand Reduction Lead, USAID Wildlife Asia/FHI 360
Eleanora De Guzman is Lead, Demand Reduction/SBCC of the Bangkok-based USAID Wildlife Asia project representing FHI 360, one of the project’s consortium partners. She has 30 years' experience leading USAID-funded social and behavior change projects on family planning, maternal child health and avian influenza in Asia and Africa marked by groundbreaking accomplishments. She was International Communication Officer of UNICEF in Indonesia and India, and SBCC consultant for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, World Health Organization and Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs. Since 2016, she has applied her experience in using SBCC to create demand for improved health practices to USAID Wildlife Asia campaigns to reduce demand for illegal wildlife products in Thailand, China and Vietnam.
