Why attend
It’s time to manage the Earth’s watery circulatory system – from rivulet to abyss – as a whole. We are urging an ‘aquascape’ approach, where fresh and saline waters are conserved as a continuum. Ecosystem-level initiatives rarely consider connectivity of freshwater, transitional waters and the ocean. It’s time this changed.
