Advancing sustainable solutions: Dialogue and partnership between business and conservation

Action towards biodiversity, natural resource use and climate, cannot be taken by conservation and academia alone. Business-conservation partnerships have great potential to progress co-ordinated action on global issues, through the sharing of skills and knowledge to build capacity for multi-stakeholder collaborative action. The session will consist of a moderated panel discussion with NGOs, academics and businesses to explore the role of businesses in conservation, the challenges of environmental partnerships and in turn what knowledge and support businesses can offer to conservationists.
