Barry Cork served as an officer in the British Army where he gained valuable life skills, many of which are directly transferable to his current role at 51 Degrees Ltd.  Barry left the army in 2017 to join 51 Degrees Ltd.

His particular areas of expertise include: Operations room design, set up, systems, SOPs and training, training of law enforcement personnel to counter wildlife crime.

Barry was initially employed as a training instructor at 51 Degrees Ltd and has since progressed to his current position as director training and development. He manages all Earth Ranger (ER) deployments for the company with the most significant being the deployment of ER for the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS).
