Emilie GAILLARD is lecturer in private law, director of the master degree GENFUT (Future Generations and Legal Transitions) at SciencesPo Rennes.  She is the general coordinator of the Normandy Chair for Peace dedicated to Peace with the Earth (CNRS, Normandy Region & MRSH/University of Caen) led by Atty. Tony Oposa and prof. Robinson. Author of two books : Générations futures et droit privé. Vers un droit des générations futures, LGDJ 2011 - thesis awarded by the French Academy of Political and Moral Sciences in 2010 - & Legal Actions for Future Generations, Peter Lang, 2021), she regularly writes numerous articles on: Transgenerational Democracy, Transgenerational Rights and Duties, Crimes against Future Generations. She is one of the drafter of the project of Universal Declaration of Rights & Duties of Humankind ( coord. C. Lepage 2015).
