France Médias Monde, the group in charge of French international broadcasting, comprises the news channels France 24 (in French, English, Arabic and Spanish), the international radio station RFI (in French and 15 other languages) and the Arabic-language radio station Monte Carlo Doualiya. France Médias Monde broadcasts to the world in 20 languages. Its journalists and correspondents offer viewers, listeners and Internet users comprehensive coverage of world events, with a focus on cultural diversity and contrasting viewpoints via news bulletins, reports, magazines and debates. Every week, RFI, France 24 and Monte Carlo Doualiya attract 251.1 million contacts (2020 average).

Media partners of the IUCN World Conservation Congress, the channels of the France Médias Monde group will be present at the heart of the event, in Marseille, from 3 to 11 September. RFI, France 24 and Monte Carlo Doualiya will give a voice to all those contributing to the preservation of biodiversity through concrete initiatives and solutions, on all grounds.
For many years, the France Médias Monde media have played a role in raising public awareness about major environmental issues through an editorial coverage of these issues on all channels. In addition, environmental responsibility is fully integrated into the group and all its stakeholders' day-to-day operations through a proactive approach to CSR.
ePOP, Petites Ondes Participatives in the Nature Generations Areas
The World Conservation Congress will be the opportunity to award, on 6 September, the prizes of the 2021 edition of the ePOP contest. This contest invites participants to gather, through videos, the feelings of those populations whose quality of life, today, is degraded by the direct consequences of environmental and climate changes.
On 10 September, Congress participants will be able to take part in an Afterpop around the young ePOPers who will be present to show their best achievements, and will also have the opportunity to meet them at the ePOP stand, in the Nature Generations Areas.
