The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and the media group France Médias Monde (FMM) have joined forces in partnership for the IUCN World Conservation Congress to be held from 3-11 September 2021 in Marseille, France.
As official international media partner, France Medias Monde will cover the IUCN Congress on their television and radio channels, reaching a broad and diverse constituency both in France and around the world. The group in charge of French international broadcasting comprises the news channel France 24, and the radio broadcasters Radio France Internationale (RFI) and Monte Carlo Doualiya (MCD). France Médias Monde will operate an on-site radio studio at Congress and will be hosting the prize ceremony for their ePOP contest during the event. The event and its themes will be a focal point of programming on their channels during this time.
