IUCN, in collaboration with Gaiachain is developing FLRChain. FLRchain is a fintech solution designed to maximise the positive impact of every dollar invested in forest landscape restoration (FLR). It uses blockchain and other technologies to make payments to local ecosystem stewards more reliable, efficient, transparent, and ultimately more impact

The aim of the poster session is to (1) present how FLR Chain works, (2) share links with further information on this blockchain (3) the next steps are planned in terms of further development. Through this e-poster we aim to make participants aware of how technology, in this case blockchain, can be used to strengthen existing processes related to the conservation and restoration of landscapes.
